WHO IS ITALIANO
My name is Rosario Alessio, I am 27 years old and I am from Italy. I was born in Palermo, Sicily, the biggest island and region in Italy, mostly known as the “Crossroad of the Mediterranean sea”. Since I was a kid I always dreamed of traveling around the world to bring a touch of my culture to all the people that don't know what the beauty of Italy is. After my studies in Economics and Tourism, I started to travel in many different countries such as Spain, France, Greece, Canada. I tried different food until I realized that the Italian cuisine was growing inside of me and I wanted to express it in the best way to all the people that I know. After many years of hard work and growth in many Italian restaurants I finally decided it was my time to show my skills that I learn through the years and my passion. I decided to finally invest myself in a foodtruck for different reasons but mostly because it gives me the opportunity to bring the real italian food all over the place giving me the chance to get to know a lot of people and visit many places throughout the whole State.
