WHICH PRODUCTS
WE USE

We believe great food starts with great basics. That’s why we use premium pasta from trusted Italian brands like De Cecco, known for its perfect texture and flavor. Our panini are made with freshly baked artisan bread, crisp on the outside and soft inside, filled with carefully selected meats and seasonal ingredients to deliver an authentic Italian street food experience in every bite.

Nothing defines Italian cuisine like its cheeses. We use Galbani high-quality mozzarella, creamy burrata, and rich Parmigiano Reggiano to bring depth and authenticity to our dishes. We source directly from Italy whenever possible, otherwise we work with local producers who meet our standards for freshness, flavor, and craftsmanship.

Our sauces are made with simple, natural ingredients and traditional recipes that let each flavor shine. We use Sicilian extra virgin olive oil of the highest quality to enhance every dish, adding that unmistakable touch of Italy. From classic Mutti tomato sauce to rich Pesto Genovese and savory dressings, everything is crafted to elevate your experience.

WHO IS "L’ITALIANO"

My name is Rosario Alessio and I'm Italian. I came to Washington State several years ago, carrying with me more than just recipes. I brought with me a piece of home. A place where food is not just something you eat, but something you feel. A way to connect, to share, to create moments that last. Cooking has always been part of who I am. It lives in my memories, in family traditions, in the simple joy of gathering around a table. This is why L'Italiano was born. Every dish I make is inspired by that feeling, crafted with carefully selected ingredients and recipes that have been passed down through generations. What truly means the most to me is also the connection my food creates. Seeing people smile, share a moment, and feel closer through what I serve is my greatest reward. That connection, that emotion, is the real heart of Italian cuisine. With every bite, my goal is simple: to bring you closer to Italy, and maybe, just a little closer to each other.
